D. Balloon Race: To participate in the Balloon Race, the eligible recipient of the Balloon Race Entry Codes can go to www.rabr.ca/S4C (the “Balloon Race Website”) and follow the instructions on the Balloon Race Website to register and enter each Balloon Race Entry Code. For each Balloon Race Entry Code, a virtual balloon (each a “Balloon”) will be entered into the Balloon Race. Entrants will have the opportunity to customize various attributes (the “Attributes”) of their Balloons which may impact the performance of their Balloon in the Balloon Race. If a Balloon Race Entry Code is not entered for a given Balloon, or if a Balloon’s Attributes are not customized by the entrant, the Sponsor or its designated agent may assign a randomly generated Balloon to the entrant to participate in the Balloon Race. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted in conjunction with the Balloon Race Entry Code or Balloon Attribute customization, as applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant.

6. Sweepstakes Winner Notification and Prize Claim Conditions
Before any potential winner of a prize in a draw can be declared a winner of any prize, he/she must first (i) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (the “Skill-Testing Question”) without assistance of any kind whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, and (ii) read, execute and return a declaration of eligibility/release of liability (the “Prize Claim Document”) to the redemption centre (the “Redemption Centre”) by the date indicated on the Prize Claim Document.
The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone within five (5) business days of the applicable draw dates described above, or ball draw game described below. Once the potential winner is contacted, the Sponsor will schedule a mutually convenient time for the Sponsor to administer the required Skill-Testing Question to that individual, which must occur within eight (8) business days from the date of first contact. Following which, and provided the potential winner correctly answers the Skill-Testing Question, the Sponsor will send that potential winner (via regular mail delivery and/or email to the addresses confirmed by the potential winner) the Prize Claim Document that the potential winner will be required to complete and return to the Redemption Centre, in a postage-paid envelope which the Redemption Centre will provide to him/her, by email or by fax. The Prize Claim Document will contain, among other things, a declaration of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, a liability release and a publicity release and must be actually received (properly completed and signed by the potential winner) by the Redemption Centre on or before a date which the Redemption Centre will specify to the potential winner. When the Redemption Centre receives the completed Prize Claim Document, the Redemption Centre will begin the verification process described in these Official Rules. It is planned that the Redemption Centre will inform the applicable entrant, if he/she is not a verified winner, within approximately twenty (20) business days from the date on the completed Prize Claim Document and any other required materials are actually received by the Redemption Centre. If the potential winner is verified as a winner, the Redemption Centre will award the prize.
Return of any prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within five (5) business days of first attempt by Sponsor, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), Prize Claim Document, or other required documentation by the deadline provided within the documents, failure to correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate entrant, who will be eligible to win the forfeited prize, subject to disqualification in the same manner described above. In the event an entrant is so disqualified, the entrant will have no claim against the Sponsor or any other person respecting the forfeited prize or the Sweepstakes.
All information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Sweepstakes must be truthful, complete, accurate, and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information, and may require return or repayment of any prize awarded.
7. Balloon Race
Entrants can enter their Balloon Race Entry Codes on the Balloon Race Website no later than May 10, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. The Balloon Race runs from 9:00 p.m. ET on May 12, 2017 until 9:00 p.m. ET on May 19, 2017. When entering Balloon Race Entry Codes on the Balloon Race Website, entrants will have the opportunity to set the Attributes of each Balloon. If Attributes are not set by the entrant, or if no Balloon Race Entry Code is entered, a randomized Balloon will be generated. Once Attributes have been set, they cannot be changed. Upon release of the Balloons, a computer will follow and track the path of each Balloon, as it virtually reacts to the weather conditions in the geographic area where the Balloons are released. At the end of the Balloon Race, it will be determined which Balloon traveled the furthest from the point of release in any direction and the entrant connected to that Balloon will be eligible to be the winner. The odds of winning the Balloon Race depend on the number of eligible Balloons participating in the Balloon Race, and the specific Attributes selected by each eligible entrant in relation to his/her Balloon(s).
On June 9 2017 at 9:00 a.m. PT (i.e. 12:00 noon ET), a ball draw game will be played under the supervision of Deloitte LLP to determine the prize that will be awarded to the winner of the Balloon Race. Deloitte LLP will randomly select one (1) ball from among the three hundred and fifty (350) balls available. Each of the three hundred and fifty (350) balls will have a pre-established cash value: one (1) ball will have a One Million Dollar ($1,000,000) pre-established cash prize value; and three hundred and forty nine (349) balls will have a One Hundred Thousand Dollar ($100,000) pre-established cash prize value. The winner will be awarded the pre-established cash prize value associated with the ball drawn by Deloitte LLP, subject to compliance with these Official Rules. Only one (1) prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque payable to the winner. The odds of winning each potential cash prize amount is as follows: $1,000,000 (1:350 or 0.03%), $100,000 (349:350 or 99.97%).
The eligible Balloon Race winner will be contacted by telephone within five (5) business days of the ball draw game and, to be declared the winner of the Balloon Race prize, must correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question and satisfy the prize claim conditions in Rule 6 above. Return of any prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within five (5) business days of first attempt by Sponsor, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), Prize Claim Document, or other required documentation by the deadline provided within the documents, failure to correctly answer the Skill-Testing Question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate entrant. In the event of disqualification, the Balloon that traveled the next furthest from the point of release in any direction will be determined, and the entrant connected to that Balloon will be then eligible, and subject to disqualification, in the same manner described above. In the event an entrant is so disqualified, the entrant will have no claim against the Sponsor or any other person respecting the forfeited prize or the Sweepstakes.
8. Limitations of Liability

9. General Disclosures
A. Power or Other Interruptions affecting entry: If there is a power or a computer-related interruption of any nature whatsoever before a Sweepstakes Entry Code or Balloon Race Entry Code, which an entrant has attempted to enter, has actually been received and recorded by the Official Website or the Balloon Race Website, it is possible that the Sweepstakes Entry Code or Balloon Race Entry Code may have been lost, and consequently forfeited. When power is restored or the interruption corrected, the entrant who experienced the interruption should sign in to the Official Website or Balloon Race Website, as applicable, and try to enter the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Code or Balloon Race Entry Code to determine if it was received and recorded before the interruption occurred. If the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Code or Balloon Race Entry Code was received and recorded, an onscreen message will state that the Sweepstakes Entry Code or Balloon Race Entry Code has already been entered. The Sponsor is not responsible for any Sweepstakes Entry Codes or Balloon Race Entry Codes lost as a result of power or computer-related interruption.
By participating in the Sweepstakes and by submitting Prize Claim Documents, except where legally prohibited, each verified winner hereby agrees and grants the Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to use his/her name, voice, and likeness, along with his/her address (city/town/village and province/territory) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media (including the internet), now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without further notice, review, approval or compensation and releases the Sponsor and all directors, officers, employees, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, service agencies and independent contractors of the Sponsor from any and all liability with respect thereto.
It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied in full with all the conditions and requirements contained in these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering or interfering in any way with the process involved in entering the Sweepstakes or with the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the apparent intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website, or to abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
D. Force Majeure/Printing and Production or Other Errors or Omissions
The Sponsor has the following rights in respect to termination or modification of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or to modify, suspend or extend the Sweepstakes in any way and for any reason. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor may terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Sweepstakes, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions (including, without limitation, computer viruses, glitches, or printing or production errors or omissions on the Official Website, the Balloon Race Website, or otherwise) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper play, integrity, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sponsor is impeded or prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as planned or intended by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to fire, flood, natural or manmade epidemic or health hazard or crisis, earthquake, explosion, labour dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), any federal, provincial, territorial or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, the order of any court or jurisdiction, or by any other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, then the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Only the number of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The sole responsibility and liability of any irregular Balloon Race Entry Code, Sweepstakes Entry Code or Sweepstakes Draw Code caused by the Sponsor is replacement with another randomly selected Sweepstakes Entry Code, Balloon Race Entry Code or Sweepstakes Draw Code, as solely determined by the Sponsor. Replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstance. If, due to printing or production errors or omissions or for any other reason whatsoever, the number of potential prize winners coming forward seeking to claim prizes exceeds the number of prizes as set out in these Official Rules, or it is not reasonably possible to determine a Balloon Race winner, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, the winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons eligible for such prize(s).
E. Waiver and Invalidity
Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that a provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for ease of reference, and shall not be deemed or considered to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision thereof.
If you receive a 99 Day Calendar and do not wish to be entered into the Sweepstakes, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-248-9831 to opt out and not receive an entry.
In consideration of being awarded a prize in the Sweepstakes, each prize winner agrees to the full extent permitted by law to participate fully and without compensation in any announcement(s) and/or presentation ceremony/ceremonies and/or event or events organized or presented by the Sponsor in its sole discretion related to the granting of the prize. The potential winner may be required to sign a document to this effect.
